Peter L. Carnesale, Jr. was Director and Owner of Carnesale Funeral Home in Hammonton, NJ for over 50 years.  He was a fun loving, kind and generous man with a big heart according to Maria Falcone, of the Hammonton Wishing Well Chapter, who worked for him for several years.  Maria told us that he was always willing to help with a donation, whenever she came calling for one of the Chapter's fundraisers.  Maria shared stories of the chronically ill, seriously ill, physically challenged and abused children who were helped by the Sunshine Foundation with Peter, which obviously touched his heart, for he requested that upon his passing, family and friends were to make donations to the Hammonton Wishing Well Chapter, to help as he called them "Maria's Kids".

This wonderful man will be missed by his family and friends and all who knew and loved him.  We offer our most sincere gratitude to all those who made donations in Peter's memory.  Thanks to you and Peter one of the Sunshine Foundation's children who spends his or her days in pain and isolation of their illness, will receive their dream come true, a dream that will remain forever in his or her heart.  A wonderful legacy, by a very special man.
